ExtenDOS Gold v3.3D ist seit dem 11.07.2001 verfügbar!
Das Update auf die Version 3.3D beinhaltet alle Bugfixes undErweiterungen früherer Versionen. Ebenfalls werden mit dieser Versionkleine Fehler der Version 3.3C eliminiert. U.a betrifft das auch denFehler mit dem Ordner-Handling bei der Verwendung langer Dateinamen.

ExtenDOS unterstützt das SCSIDRV Interface.

Der ExtenDOS Gold Treiber, CDbackup, CD Writer und CD InScriptOrerlauben damit die Benutzung von SCSI CD-ROMs und CD Recordern auf jedemAtari System auf dem SCSIDRV installiert ist. Das bezieht sich auch aufMagicMac, MagicPC und Atari Clones auf denen HDDriver läuft.

ExtenDOS bietet unterstützung für ATAPI/EIDE Laufwerke über SCSIDRV.

Anodnye rät zu dem Update wenn CDs mit langen Dateinamen verwendetwerden. Das Update ist für Besitzer der Version 3.3 kostenlos.

Für CD Writer Suite ist bereits ein weiteres Update angekündigt. AlsHighlight wird für CDWriter 2 die Unterstützung von MP3 und das FormatCD Extra genannt. Für InScriptOr wird die Unterstützung von CD Extraangekündigt. CDbackup soll Partitionen > 650MB unterstützen.

Thank you to all of your help to improve the program Icon Extract.

In spite of my professional work importing at the moment, here is onethereforenew version 1.1 that corrects several bugs and integrate some news.

The program now functions perfectly on the following computers :
– Falcon of basis TOS 4.02 16 Mhz 14 Mo of ST Ram.
– Falcon with CT2 B TOS 4.04 14 Mo of ST Ram + 32 Mo of TT Ram + 68882.
– Milan 040
– TT
– PC with Magic PC 6.10.
– Imac with Magic Mac 6.10.

Advisable minimum machine: Falcon + 68882

At present, make your tests in fashion 2, 4, 16 and 256 colors.

Corrected bugs:

Auch invers mit kurzer Sommerpause

Songbird Productions bis 18. Juli geschlossen

Die Softwareschmiede Songbird Productions, die hauptsächlich Ihren Focus auf die Entwicklung von Lynx- und Jaguar-Spielen gelegt hat, hat ihre Pforten bis einschl. 18. Juli 2001 geschlossen. Bestellungen werden bis dahin aufgefangen und danach abgearbeitet.

Statement von xTOS.de zu Verzögerungen
xTos.de hat auf seine Homepage eine Pressemitteilung veröffentlicht. In der auf die Verzögerung der Update der Homepage Bezug genommen wird. Kernaussage dieser Bekanntmachung ist die Tatsache, daß Motorola den Coldfire 4e Prozessor (das Kernstück des neuen Pegasus Rechners) noch weiterhin ausgiebig Testen und einige Prototypen an Entwickler ausliefern will, bevor das Produkt auf den Markt kommt.

Was bedeutet das? Das heißt wahrscheinlich, daß der Prozessor nicht vor Ende des Jahres erhältlich sein wird.
